Do you have what it takes? Find out for yourself. What do you have to lose? Let’s meet!
You grow, we grow
We’ll encourage you to ‘read what you need.’ In other words: order as many books as you want. No questions asked.
Spend € 5000,- a year on education, personal development, coaching or whatever you need to thrive. No conditions attached, just use your entire budget! We want to make learning something new as easy as possible. Why? If you grow, we grow. That’s the idea.
Benefit from our weekly knowledge sessions and masterclasses. We are curious people who have collected a lot of know-how over the years. We like to experiment, experience, and share! Learn from others and have others learn from you.
Finally, we care about your loved ones. So if we go on a 3-day trip to Rome, partners and kids are also invited.
Our culture is as real as it gets. We’re down-to-earth, very straightforward, and brutally honest. This provides a genuine and informal atmosphere where everyone can relax enough to be themselves. There’s no hidden agenda, very little politics and you can take people at their word.
In a direct, open, and honest culture, you need to be comfortable with radical candor. At the same time, we think it’s important that everybody feels safe. You can say what you want, without consequences. Your colleagues will also say what they want. You need to be humble enough to take direct criticism.
Our regular off-sites where trust and team building are the most important topics are key in this. Trusting each other enables us to have vivid discussions, conflicts, and arguments, but also enables us to focus on the greater good and commit to results without personal issues or anxiety.
None of this is meant to sound harsh. True, working at Xpirit is not for everyone. You have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone. To make difficult choices and dare to take control over your own journey.
But once you do, you’ll get all the support you need to grow and the freedom to take chances. And most of all: you’ll get the unconditional trust of a great bunch of people who are challenging the status quo, driving change and having fun while at it.
