Spending time with my wife and 3 boys doing everything from sports (Rugby, Hockey, Tennis) to board games, hiking and exploring the different foods that countries have to offer.

My ultimate Epic Shit moment

In my previous role as Chief Architect @ Omnia Retail, refactoring a distributed monolith using WCF for interprocess/node communication running in a Data Center to running fully in Azure using latest .NET Core technologies in containers deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service. The entire process took 3 years as during this time a large amount of work also needed to be done on observability, cloud skills for teams in general as well as deploying all changes every day to production using trunk based development.
