Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Passion

Problem solving, I love learning new stuff and I can’t stand a problem that I cannot seem to fix, but I always find a way.

Talent

I learn really fast, I don’t need a lot of information “to put two and two together”. This helps me to quickly get up to speed in a new environment, organization, team or system.

My source of inspiration

Steve Jobs, because he was a man with a vision of how to build great products and integrate them seamlessly and he held on to that regardless. He built a legacy with a lot of elbow grease and a clear vision.

This makes me happy

My family and my home. Cooking something I’ve never cooked before. Binge watching series on Netflix. Once in a while a nice weekend of gaming with friends. Going out for a morning run when it’s cold, but really sunny.

My ultimate Epic Shit moment

Pulling of the incremental migration of an on-premise TFS environment to another hosted TFS environment with the least possible disturbance for the teams working in both environments.
On a more personal level, finishing Maastrichts mooiste, a 10 mile summer run with 163m of elevation through the beautiful landscape surrounding Maastricht.

The song that gets me started

Pretty much any Coldplay song
