Passion:

Learning new things and improving myself. This can be anything: learning new technologies, running a new PR, or following a wine course.

Talent:

Breaking up difficult problems into smaller pieces and starting from the beginning, as well as working with people and focusing on what is required to achieve organizational change.

Who inspires you? Who/what is your source of inspiration?

Not one specific person, but generally I’m impressed with people who are the best in their field and can talk passionately about it.

This makes me happy:

Long dinners with good food and the people I love. When all the pieces of a solution come together. The first warm days of spring. Travelling the world.

What is your ultimate ‘Epic Shit’ moment:

Finishing the Berlin marathon faster than I could have dreamed of.

That really depends on the mood, it can go from Mahler to Emeli Sandé to Beyoncé. ABBA with “Lay All Your Love On Me” and “No Diggity” from Blackstreet always work.
